Safety and Infection Control
 
As medical professionals, we need to educate ourselves on how we can protect our patients and  ourselves. There are many diseases out there that pose a threat to healthcare workers and their  patients every day. It is important to take as many precautions as necessary to keep everyone  safe. The Occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) and the Center for Disease  Control and Prevention (CDC) have come up with many guidelines to ensure safety to employees  and the public.
